Shipping policy

Every Petty Creature order is packed with care and shipped by our fulfillment partners. We currently ship to the United States only.

Shipping rates
FREE standard shipping on all US orders.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time
Our products ship from fulfillment centers in the US and overseas, so delivery times depend on the item:
• US warehouse items: usually 3–7 business days after processing
• Overseas items: usually 7–15 business days after processing

If your order includes items from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. During busy seasons such as November and December, delivery can take a little longer.

Holiday orders
Want it under the tree? 🎄 We recommend ordering by December 1 for the best chance of delivery before Christmas.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Tracking can take a few days to update. You can check your order anytime on our Track Order page.
